Home Sleep Apnea Test

With no lab or multiple office visits, our simple process of using a WatchPat One screening home sleep test gets you diagnosed and on your way to better sleep.

The process is simple, download the WatchPat One app on your phone and register your sleep appliance. At bedtime, you will open the app and follow the simple steps for completing the sleep test. When you wake up in the morning, you will hit STOP on the app, take off the sensors, remove the WatchPat One, remove the battery and dispose of the WatchPat One. You have completed your screening home sleep test.

Diagnosis and treatment is as simple as 1 … 2 … 3

1.  Talk with Dr. Dexter

Schedule a free consultation with Dr. Dexter, American Board of Dental Sleep Medicine (ABDSM) Diplomate, to evaluate your sleep health, determine if you are a candidate for oral appliance therapy, and discuss screening home sleep testing.

2.  Take a Home Sleep Test

In just one night of sleep, an easy-to-use device records your breathing patterns and automatically shares the results with Dr. Dexter and an Oregon board-certified sleep physician.

3. Review Results

After a board-certified sleep physician reviews your sleep test, you are provided with a personalized Sleep Report, a prescription, and therapy recommendations if you are diagnosed with obstructive sleep apnea. In moderate and severe cases of sleep apnea, Dr. Dexter will refer you to local board-certified sleep physicians he works closely with.

“The home sleep test was painless, convenient and easy to use. With the COVID surge, I was so happy to use it from the safety of my home and in my own bed. Dr. Dexter goes above and beyond to provide support and results regarding my sleep test.”

WatchPAT One
