The menu was “Over a Tuscan Stove” taught by Judy Witts-Francini at Cooks Pots & Tabletops. The class was well paced, informative and definitely entertaining, as well as delicious. The beauty of the class was that it was all food that you could easily make at home for family or company. As Judy said, it was the food that an Italian mom would cook.

The menu for the night, top to bottom was exceptional.

I love to see a happy cooks and happy women, Rosa and Judy were both! Molto bella!!

No stir risotto … as easy as Rice A Roni! (I didn’t make that up, it’s what I heard!)

My photography doesn’t do justice to the foods, but the flavor was amazing.
